By clicking “Login” recipient is agreeing to the below terms and conditions on behalf of the licensee (the “Licensee”) of Siemens Industry’s (“Siemens”) PSS™ software suite. Access to the PSS Support Portal is strictly for employees and authorized contractors or agents of the Licensee. The confidential, and copyrighted software, materials and associated documentation (the “Materials”) supplied in the PSS™ Support Portal to the Licensee is subject to the terms of the software license terms with PSS or its affiliates and Licensee (the “EULA”), with these terms and such EULA taking precedence over any other conflicting terms and conditions, in the order of precedence as written herein. Licensee’s use of this service shall terminate upon breach of the EULA or the terms of this service, including, without limitation, breach of copyright laws confidentiality obligations. Licensee shall have responsibility for use of this service in compliance with the EULA and all laws, including without limitation, U.S. export laws and applicable privacy laws. This system is not designed for the processing of personally identifiable information. The user agrees it will not submit such information, and if it does so, PSS™ and its affiliates shall not be held responsible. Except as otherwise agreed in the EULA, this service is provided AS-IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDLING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
